Norah Grace Pederson was born this morning around three aclock. What an exciting phone call to get!
Jeannie is doing fine and did a great job during the birth, and baby Norah is doing well too. Mom says she's a very contented baby, hardly crying and when Evan holds her, just looks up at him the whole time. So sweet!
Once they broke her water things started rolling. I think it was about 3 1/2 hours until Norah was born. Fast birth!
We haven't heard anything from them this morning . . . I know they are all exhausted and hopefully getting some good rest. Here's the one picture I have so far. (a cell phone picture sent to me at 3 this morning -- not the best quality but it's something!)
The details: She weighs 7 lbs 15 ounces, has dark eyes and dark hair, and is 20 1/2 inches long.
