Christmas is coming up soon and our family has a lot of traditions. One is making piles of Christmas cookies. We give a lot of them away to friends, and many to the older people we go caroling to. Years ago our good friends who lived across the fields taught us to make gingerbread men, and we've been doing it ever since!
And while we were all decorating gingerbread men, Ben and Elijah were off in Ben's truck, buying something . . .
So what are your family's Christmas traditions? Comment below! We'd love to hear!

Some of our traditions are the following: setting up our Christmas tree in early December, making decorated sugar cookies, listening to Christmas CDs, watching our favorite Christmas videos, shopping with each other, making ''snow cream" when we get enough snow, playing in the snow, family gatherings, and programs at church.
God bless! Rebecca K.
We're having a baby for Christmas. Not sure if we'll make it a tradition or not (at least not for every year!). =P
The only tradition we've established so far is buying an ornament that represents something from our lives that year. =)
Merry Christmas to your family. We have many traditions but always do some different things each year too. On Christmas, we always eat rock Cornish game hens. We buy each of our children a new ornament every year. With three of them now young adults, we have lots and lots of ornaments. They will take their's with them when they marry. We will also perform a concert at a local nursing home and hand out small gifts.
I like Mrs. Pederson's new tradition. :) Hope she and her little blessing are doing well.

It is always so refreshing to see how your whole family works (and plays) together. What a joy to see even your adult sons and daughters involved in and enjoying decorating cookies together with neighbors:) Sweet family fellowship is rare these days; your family is an encouragement and blessing to us. Thank you, Ellen. We are blessed that you are blessed! It's also unusual to find other people who value that time together as the children get older, and we are glad that you do. We are thankful for every day we have together, knowing the days are numbered.
Merry Christmas, Betsy!!! Merry Christmas, Castleberrys!!! Have a BLESSED Christmas!!!
Love, Hannah- WA Lass:)
